✍️ Founder’s Note – Mohammad Shakir

I’m Mohammad Shakir, the founder of SGEmplus Global.

I come from a humble background — academically, I’ve completed only up to 12th grade. But during those school years, I faced what most students silently struggle with: lack of guidance, limited exposure, and a constant feeling of being left behind.

I wasn’t from a tech-savvy environment, nor did I have a perfect academic record — but I had one thing: the desire to learn.

With just a mobile phone and internet access, I began to self-learn Android App Development, later diving into languages like Java, Kotlin, PHP, and more. Slowly, my skills became my strength, and from that turning point, SGEmplus Global Academy was born — to help others like me.

Over the years, I noticed one pattern among students and even professionals:

“We don’t fail because we lack talent — we fail because of laziness, assumptions, and fear.”

Most people assume success is for others. They wait, they procrastinate, and they overthink. But if we simply take action with responsibility, without hiding behind excuses — success becomes inevitable.

SGEmplus Global is my way of breaking that cycle — by making learning easy, affordable, and truly meaningful. It’s not about degrees — it’s about discipline, direction, and daily effort.
