1. Refund Eligibility
🔁 For Recorded Courses
- 100% refund if requested within 24 hours of enrollment
- No refund after 24 hours
🧑🏫 For Live Training Courses
- 100% refund if requested within 3 calendar days of enrollment
- You may attend up to 3 live sessions within this window
- No refund after 3 days or after 3 classes
2. How to Request a Refund
Send an email to support@sgemplusglobal.com with the following details:
- Full Name
- Registered Phone Number and Email
- Course Name
- Date of Enrollment
- Reason for Refund
We will process it within 5–7 business days.
3. Refund Method
- Refund will be processed to the original payment method
- Transaction/platform fees (if any) will be deducted
- In case of issues, additional verification may be required
4. Non-Refundable Situations
- Request made after refund window
- False/incomplete enrollment data
- Accessed course from multiple devices
- Policy or code of conduct violations
- Failure in certification or non-completion
5. Special Cases
Duplicate payments or technical errors will be reviewed by our team. Valid cases will be refunded after verification.
6. SGEmplus Global LLP’s Right to Refuse Refunds
We reserve the right to deny refunds if:
- The request is fraudulent or abusive
- It violates our platform Terms
- An earlier exception refund has been granted
