1. Eligibility and Registration

To use our platform, you must:

• Be at least 13 years old (with guardian consent if under 18)
• Provide accurate details (name, phone, email, device info)
• Use the platform for personal, non-commercial learning only

2. Course Access & Usage

🖥️ Recorded Courses

• First 4 videos accessible for 48 hours after enrollment
• Full access after 2 days
• Strictly 1 device access policy

🎥 Live Courses

• Follow the scheduled class timings
• Regular attendance expected

Violations may result in account suspension.

3. Test & Certification

• Certificate is granted only after successful test completion
• 2 free test attempts
• ₹199 per attempt from the 3rd try onward
• Results are final and binding

4. Course Fees

All course fees are displayed clearly before enrollment and are designed to remain affordable and accessible.

5. Refund Policy

📼 Recorded Courses

• Full refund within 24 hours of enrollment
• No refunds after that period

📺 Live Courses

• Refunds possible within 3 days of joining
• Maximum of 3 sessions allowed before refund
• No refunds after 3 days, regardless of attendance

Refund requests must be sent via email or WhatsApp with proof of enrollment.

6. Prohibited Conduct

• No sharing login or content publicly
• No access from multiple devices
• No content recording or redistribution
• No misuse for commercial/illegal activities

Violation may lead to permanent account suspension and legal action.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content is protected under copyright and belongs solely to SGEmplus Global LLP. No reuse or resale is allowed without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

• We’re not liable for outages or third-party failures
• User data errors are your responsibility
• Live class delays due to emergencies are not covered

9. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Major changes will be notified. Continued use confirms your acceptance.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Indian law. All disputes will be handled by the courts of [Insert Your City], India.
